I May Be a Guild Receptionist, But I’ll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time anime has revealed a character trailer for the Executioner, who is the main character Alina Clover when she takes matters into her own hands. The anime will premiere in January 2025.
Studio CloverWorks is in charge of the animation, with Tsuyoshi Nagasawa as the director. Rie Takahashi voices Alina, and you can see the character’s new introduction trailer below.
Besides the director Tsuyoshi Nagasawa, the main anime staff consists of Misuzu Chiba handling the series composition, Yoshihiro Nagata and Shinichi Machida serving as character designers, and Sakura Create credited for animation assistance. The male lead, Jade Scrade, is voiced by Kengaro Kumagai. You can watch the main trailer for the anime below.
Mato Kosaka writes the I May Be a Guild Receptionist, But I’ll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time (Guild no Uketsukejo desu ga, Zangyo wa Iya nanode Boss wo Solo Tobatsu Shiyo to Omoimasu) light novels, which feature illustrations by Gao. It has been serialized under ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko imprint since March 2021. There is also a manga adaptation by Suzu Yuki. Yen Press licensed both in English.
Alina Clover is a receptionist at the Adventurers Guild, but she is tired of the annoying paperwork and getting stuck at work due to weak adventurers who can’t handle dungeons. That’s why she goes off as the Executioner, getting things done herself, which is all well and good until she gets caught by the leader of the strongest party, Jade Scrade.
